Clogl was founded in 2021 by Reigh Wylder, a former HR Director who spent eight years at mid-market manufacturing and logistics companies. After watching a $220,000 DOL audit unfold at a 180-person company — triggered by an I-9 record-keeping error — Reigh decided the problem wasn't carelessness. It was that HR generalists had no system for staying current.
She launched Clogl from Austin, Texas with a simple hypothesis: compliance doesn't need to be a legal department problem. It needs to be a workflow problem. Clogl is her answer.
